As you are aware we are constantly losing our muscle strength as we age.

Resistance exercise is the best solution for strengthening our muscles.

We offer a 20-minute workout routine that strengthens all major muscle groups. Two workout sessions are suggested each week, with at least one day rest between sessions.

Each session consists of 8 basic exercises with exertion force feedback, to show progress of effort.

Each exercise has a starting point and a bar reversing point. Two repetitions for each exercise. Slow bar movement enhances muscle and assures safe movement. Bar moves only when pressure is applied.
